MUET PREPARATORY WORKSHOP 2025
The MUET Preparatory Workshop 2025 was successfully conducted by the English Language Unit of Kolej Matrikulasi Labuan over three sessions on the 6th, 13th and 27th October 2025. The programme aimed to enhance students' overall English proficiency, especially on two main components in MUET which are Speaking and Writing. This workshop targeted 1200 students from both science streams and accountancy and they were seated in DK 1, and DK 5 from 8:00pm to 10:00pm.
The first session was conducted on 6th October 2025 focusing on both Speaking and Writing skills led by Madam Valarie for Speaking and Madam Dg Jauyah for Writing. The same goes to the second session on 13th October 2025. The third session was conducted on 27th October 2025 led by Mr. Atlas Besik Niyo for Writing and Madam Nurul Hafalzillah for Speaking. During the lectures, students were provided with essential strategies for effective communication and performance for Speaking Part 1 (Individual Presentation) and Part 2 (Group Discussion) as well as techniques and strategies to develop content maturity for both Task 1 and Task 2 for Writing.
